than some comments in recent weeks (where he seemed oddly unconcerned w yield
curve inversion): Looking at market breakeven yields, looking at 1%
inflation...suggests lower rates would help hit target. Yield curve's inverted,
that's "not a good place to be". Says would like to see "more insurance" against
downside risks.
