GILT SUMMARY: The Bank of England cut its official growth forecasts at today's
MPC meeting. Michael Saunders and Jonathan Haskel - two external MPC members -
voted for a 25bps cut, leaving the vote split 7-2.
- Chancellor of the Exchequer Sajid Javid and his Labour counterpart John
McDonnell have both pledged to ramp up public spending in the next parliament. 
- Another former Labour MP has called for voters to support PM Boris Johnson in
the next election, reflecting the deep divisions between moderate MPs and party
leader Jeremy Corbyn.
- The Dec-19 gilt future trades at 131.32, down 30 ticks from Wednesday's close
and 17 ticks off the day's low; L-H: 131.15-131.74.
- Gilts have sold off with yields 1-5bps higher on the day. Cash yields (Last /
1d chg / L..H): 2Y (0.5184% / -1.4bp / 0.515%...0.5311%); 5Y (0.5049% / +0.6bp /
0.4972%...0.5128%); 10Y (0.756% / +4.3bp / 0.7412%...0.7572%); 30Y (1.2831% /
