JGBS: The broader global impetus drove futures lower in overnight trade, with
the contract shedding 20 ticks vs settlement, although bears failed to mount a
challenge of Tuesday's Tokyo low.
- Post-Tokyo saw local press source reports add to growing speculation of the
BoJ expanding its ETF purchasing programme, a little after the Bank revealed
Y101.4bn worth of ETF purchases on Tuesday, the 4th time this level of purchases
has occurred so far this month.
- 5-10 Year BoJ Rinban ops headline today's local docket.
