BOND SUMMARY: The FT reports that the head of the FCA, Andrew Bailey, will be
selected as the new Bank of England governor to replace Mark Carney.
- UK public sector financing and final third quarter GDP data will be published
at 0930GMT. Later on today US PCE data and the University of Michigan Consumer
Confidence survey will be published. 
- Gilts have started the session on a weaker footing. Current yield levels:
2-year 0.549%, 5-year 0.5996%, 10-year 0.808%, 30-year 1.301%.
- BTPs have been under pressure early on. Yields are 4-5bp higher and the curve
has bear steepened. 2s30s is up 2bp.
- Bunds and OATs have similarly traded weaker, with the longer end
underperforming.
