The space ground higher on the day.....>

AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: The space ground higher on the day with 3&10-Year futures both
closing 3 ticks higher at 97.90 & 97.165 respectively.
- The domestic curve steepened modestly with the 3-/10-Year yield differential
1.2bp wider at 77bp.
- A 3-Year future basket constituent auction passed without a hiccup, allowing
the 3-Year future to test technical resistance around the closing levels, with
an uptick in Tsys also aiding the bid.
- The short end also moved higher with the white bill contracts rising by 1-2
ticks.
- Focus next week will fall on the AOFM's supply schedule as well as Q4's CapEx
data.
- With a raft of Fedspeak due on Friday the AU/US 10-Year spread could garner
extra attention at the Monday open.
