AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: The space has moved higher, in sympathy with global bonds, on the
back of the latest BOJ MonPol decision, unwinding the losses that were noted
around the middle of the SFE session, that truth be told, had little catalyst.
Bonds last deal at/around best levels.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year yield differential unwound all of its early steepening
to trade around 57bp last, with the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield spread last at
~-28.0bp.
- 3-Month BBSW fixed some 0.25bp higher today, the first fix higher in around 2
weeks. The Bill strip last trades 1-3 ticks lower, off of lows, in sympathy with
Bonds.
