CHINA YUAN: The Yuan continued to play catch-up after Chinese new year holiday. 
- The Yuan rose 0.35% from Thursday, closing at 6.3380 against the U.S. dollar,
reversing some of the dip seen from Feb 12.
- The PBOC set the yuan central parity rate vs the US dollar at 6.3482 on
Friday, stronger than the 6.3580 parity on Thursday.
