US TSY FLOWS: Tokyo hours saw Chinese stocks stabilize after a selloff Thursday
but still closed lower on the week.
- London saw Tsys and EGBS pressured as German IFO hit a record high and
Germany's SPD party said it is willing to hold talks with PM Merkel.
- European stocks mainly higher except for UK which was lower.
- Bloomberg reported that Russia and the OPEC eyed a deal to extend production
cuts. Next Thursday sees the OPEC production meeting in Vienna.
