after Bloomberg cited Japan Coast Guard saying the N.Korea missile fell into the
sea near Japan. 
- Traders will be watching N.Korea but also tax legislation wrangles; Pres.
Trump set a 3pm meeting with legislative leaders on the debt ceiling; (temporary
left expires Dec. 8th and Congress has a boatload of legislation to deal with.
US Dems Schumer and Pelosi said won't meet Trump as felt insulted by a Trump
tweet today. One trader sighed on the brick-bat exchange, "I quote the former
President Obama, 'Elections have consequences.' Suck it up, let's go."
