US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries have strengthened modestly overnight, with the curve
outperforming the belly, and equities taking a bit of a breather.
- The 2-Yr yield is down 1bps at 0.1917%, 5-Yr is down 1.6bps at 0.3513%, 10-Yr
is down 1.3bps at 0.614%, and 30-Yr is down 0.6bps at 1.2436%.
- Jun 10-Yr futures (TY) up 3.5/32 at 139-2.5, trading in a tight range (L:
138-30 / H: 139-05.5) on modest volumes (~143k as of 0647ET).
- A reminder that month-end extensions are notable, while rebalancing estimates
favor flows into bonds and out of equities.
- Next stop after an uneventful Fed (our review of the meeting will be out
shortly) is the ECB.
- A slew of U.S. data today: 0830ET sees weekly jobless claims, and March
personal income/PCE prices. 
- At 0945ET, April's MNI Chicago PMI is released. To cap off the day, we get
latest Fed balance sheet data.
- $14bln in NYFed purchases scheduled for today, focused on 2.25Y-4.5Y segment.
