US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries open NY lower after risk asset buying to Senate
passage early Saturday of tax bill; stocks bid. Stocks bid too as ABC News
corrected its  Friday report to say ABC source said Flynn said Trump allegedly
as Pres.-elect (not candidate, as initially reported) directed Flynn to contact
Russians; ABC suspended reporter Brian Ross for error. Ross clarified to say
Trump asked Flynn to contact Russians to work on issues such as fighting ISIS. 
- TOKYO: Tsys gapped lower on Senate tax bill passage, brisk sales in Tsy
futures, then two-way trade and dip buying, narrow range. 
- LONDON: Tsys saw more two-way choppiness amid fast$/props doing 2/10Y 
flatteners; some fade bear stepeening. Tsys moved off day's low end since 
2:36am ET when cash 10-yr note yld moved lower from 2.412; that yield then hit a
2.385% session low yld at 4am ET, now is at 2.395%. 
- US SWAPS: Steady/marginally mixed; 2Y, 10y receivers; mixed in others. 
- US HIGH-GRADE CORPS: Indonesia Baa3/BBB- 5Y/10/30Y; Westpac Banking 5Y, 5Y
FRN.
- OVERNIGHT REPO: Tsys old 5Y, old 2Y notes tighten.
