Treasury Futures Hold, Yields Fall 1bp In Early Trading

In Asia, Treasury futures started marginally lower but held steady, while cash yields opened 1bp lower, partially retracing US session moves.

  • TYH4 opened at 111-04 in Asia and holding close those levels in early trading, during the US session 10Y futures traded -3 at 111-06 and remained in the 111-01 low/111-16.5 high range. Key support lies at 110-22+, the February 5th lows, with resistance at 111-20, the 20-day EMA.
  • Cash yields are opening 1bp lower, with the 2Y yield -1.00bp at 4.418%, while the 10Y yield trade -1.00bp at 4.111%. The 2y10y, is -0.4 at -30.50.
