FINLAND: Treasury plans to issue a new euro benchmark bond H2 2019, likely in
the 5-Yr sector, according to the Q2 Quarterly Review published this morning.
- Also likely to hold a EUR benchmark tap auction in Q3 2019.
- Considering USD-denom benchmark in H2 2019 as well.
- Next Bill auction will be on Aug 20. 
- Gross borrowing requirement for 2019 est. at approximately E15.18bln, with net
borrowing of E1.796bln.
- In the last quarterly update, following the first supplementary budget, the
gross requirement was estimated at E15.3bln, with net at E1.9bln.
- 70% of total due to be covered by L-T funding, the rest with short-term bills.
