for workers who are ill, quarantined or caring for others on the back of the
coronavirus outbreak.
- Plays down the virus as "temporary," and plays up the strength of the U.S.
- Has asked congress to increase SBA funding by $50bn, which should be disbursed
to states hampered by the virus.
- Also points to $200bn worth of liquidity being made available, and
instructions to the Tsy to defer some tax payments, alongside calls for congress
to implement an immediate payroll tax relief.
- Calls for the U.S. to come together and look through politics.
