US TSY FLOWS: Tsy futures trading mildly weaker, near low end late overnight
range after recent long end attempt to rebound. Decent volume (TYH>290k) ahead
FOMC policy annc later today, .25bp hike expected. US$ weaker vs. Yen (113,335),
equities weaker (emini -1.25, 2666.50), gold weaker (XAU -3.83, 1240.77), oil
firmer (WTI +.34, 57.48).
- Asia, Tsys opened steady/traded firmer as US$ waned on back of Alabama Senate
race win going to Democrat Doug Jones (that tightens GOP majority in Senate to
51-49). Tsys traded narrow range w/fast$, prop sellers into the London
crossover.
- London, carry over selling from fast$, prop accts in early London trade. Tsys
trailed weaker Bund action. Bank portfolio buying 10s and 30s near lows.
- Swaps, mildly tighter for the most part, near low end narrow range on light
volume, recent receiver in 23s at 2.036%.
- Eurodollar futures, lower for the most part, Reds-Greens underperforming,
decent front end sellers (EDZ7, EDH8)  post 3M LIBOR set +0.0150 to 1.5885%
(+0.0397/wk).
