UK: Two former Labour PMs delivering speeches today, with Tony Blair speaking in
Westminster at 0930GMT and Gordon Brown at the LSE at 1830GMT.
- Blair addressing audience to mark 120th anniversary of founding of the Labour
party. Will say the party needs "fundamental reconstruction" if it is to
survive. 
- Brown's talk at the LSE to address dogmatism within political discourse.
- Both will be seen as commentaries on the state of the Labour party at present,
with the voting period for the new leadership starting tomorrow and closing on 2
April.
- According to Betfair data from Betdata.io, Sir Keir Starmer is huge favourite
to win the leadership, with an 89% implied probability of victory, compared to
8% for left-wing Corbynite candidate Rebecca Long-Bailey.
