Markets hit fresh highs up at 99.385 as the US Treasury's designation of the
PBoC as a 'Currency Manipulator' triggered a fresh rush to safe havens. This was
quickly countered by the RBA, however, who kept policy unchanged, although
retained an easing bias. A pause in the rally in the three-year looks the most
likely outcome from here, with decent resistance layered above at the 3% upper
Bollinger Band. For the outlook to weaken, markets need to take out the 50-dma
at 99.090 after key Fib support at 99.242.
