EURO-DOLLAR: Up from an earlier session low of $1.1825 to a top so far of
$1.1847. The move may be a delayed response to news out earlier, that the ECB is
said to considering cutting QE to E30bn per month from January and extending it
until at least September 2018. Hourly resistance is located just above $1.1850,
a break to expose $1.1881 (50% $1.2092-$1.1670). Euro was last at $1.1844.
