US' Blinken Seeks To Play Down China Ukraine Peace Plan w/Xi In Moscow

States that the "World should not be fooled by any tactical move by Russia supported by China." Adds that "Xi's trip to Russia after ICC action suggests China does not think Kremlin should be held accountable for atrocities in Ukraine." The US has sought to downplay the prospect of China's peace plan for Ukraine being viewed as a credible one by Kyiv or Ukraine's European allies. Blinken states that the visit is a 'stalling tactic' to allow Russian troops time to solidify their gains in the Donbas.
