US TSY FLOWS: US rates showing moderate gains by the bell, Tsy futures inching
back towards early London hour highs, trade volumes
remain light (TYZ<275k), yield curves flatter now.
- Another quiet session expected w/limited data (Richmond Fed, existing home
sales) and no Fed speak to trade off of. Headline watch: ongoing focus on UK
Brexit, Withdrawal Agreement Bill (WAB) debated in parliament w/1300ET vote
expected to pass, while chances of program motion vote passing not high.
- Largely two-way overnight flow saw better buying in long end late Asia trade,
prop and fast$ sellers intermediates early London trade. Mild corp deal and
pre-auction short sets ahead 2Y note auction later
- The 2-Yr yield is down 1.4bps at 1.6067%, 5-Yr is down 1.7bps at 1.5941%,
10-Yr is down 2.1bps at 1.7782%, and 30-Yr is down 2.2bps at 2.2695%.
