-Volumes picked during the London morning session with 10 yr running above 50%
of 5 day averages, while the 5yr was edging towards 93% of recent averages. 
-EGBs, Equities and risk sentiment were and are the main drivers. 
-Flight to quality stay the trade, the positioning of choice short, near term. 
-The main story over the weekend is course, that Italy reported 150 people had
tested positive for the virus up to Sunday with 11 towns now quarantined in
Northern Italy. 
* The big concern, is that we know nothing about patient zero. 
-Moreover, more cases in South Korea, as well as Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, has
pushed investors into safer Haven. 
- 2y yields down -7.3bp today at 1.283% 
- 5y yields down -8.3bp today at 1.241% 
- 10y yields down -7.9bp today at 1.393% 
- 30y yields down -7.1bp today at 1.844%
