DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD last C$1.3210, virtually unch. on the day, after dropping
nearly 30 pips yesterday. The rate rose to intraday highs of C$1.3281 just ahead
of the NY open, but eased off thereafter, as broader USD strength waned on the

- Bears need a fall below C$1.3196, which limited losses on Feb 13, before
challenging the 200-DMA at C$1.3152. Meanwhile, the initial bullish focus falls

on the 100-DMA at C$1.3251.
- Domestic retail sales, due Friday, headlines the Canadian docket this week. On
