  • Listed UK water companies are lower today on a UK supreme court ruling. The Manchester Ship Canal Company has been allowed to bring a case against United Utilities regarding pollution. UU had argued that they had no right of action.
  • Water bonds in £/€ have been steady today, but THAMES are up to 17 wider. Bonds have been under pressure recently with the Ofwat determination on 11th July looming.
