  • Treasury futures are trading weaker, just off late overnight lows heading into the NY open. Tsys appear to be following lower EGBs, the latter weighed by Bund supply and higher than expected Australia CPI.
  • Moderate Tsy volumes (TYM4>355k), curves adding to yesterday's steepening, 2s10s +3.105 at -30.381.
  • Session data wraps up at 0830ET with Durable and Capital Goods Orders. Earlier MBA mortgage applications fell a seasonally adjusted 2.7% M/M.
  • Treasury supply continues with $30B 2Y FRN and $60B 17W Bill auctions at 1130ET, followed by $70B 5Y Note auction (91282CKP5) at 1300ET.
  • Eye on heavy round of equity earnings announcements after the close: Whirlpool, Ford, IBM, United Rentals, Teradyne, Lam Research, Waste Management, Raymond James and Meta.
