ENERGY
- The latest Baker Hughes rig count data is due for release at 13:00ET. The US oil rig count was last week down at 496 to resume the decline seen throughout most of this year. The gas rig count was fairly stable at 118.
- The ICE and Nymex commitments of traders reports are due for release after the close today at 18:30GMT and 15:30ET. Crude and ICE Gasoil managed money net long positions last week fell to the lowest since early July however Nymex gasoline net longs gained to reverse some of the decline seen in Sep and Oct.
