What to Watch: US Gas Stocks and ARA Product Stocks

  • The EIA weekly gas inventories for the week ending May 17 will be released this afternoon at 10:30 ET (15:30BST). The expectation is for a build of 85bcf according to a Bloomberg survey following a build of 70bcf the previous week. The seasonal normal is a build of around 90bcf.
  • The updated Insights Global European ARA product inventories will be released today around 15:15BST. Gasoil stocks last week rose to edge slightly further above the five year average of 2.25m mt. ARA Gasoline stocks last week fell again towards the bottom of the previous five year range.
