OIL: WTI & Brent added a few cents in early dealing this week, with crude
mimicking broader risk appetite.
- Focus still remains on U.S.-Saudi tensions, however, RTRS ran comments from
IEA chief Birol, who noted that he's "not worried about Saudi Arabia cutting oil
exports in response to international pressure on Jamal Khashoggi death."
- Weekend comments from Libya's NOC noted that the resumption of a joint project
between some of the major international oil co.'s may raise the country's crude
output.
- Finally, Friday saw the latest U.S. Baker Hughes rig count edge higher.
