OIL: WTI drops about $1 (to $36.40/bbl), Brent a little more than that (to
$37.75) on Bloomberg sources story that the OPEC+ meeting that was due to take
place this week or next is now in doubt "due to dispute over oil-quota
cheating". According to BBG, Saudi Arabia and Russia are reluctant to extend
production cuts without improved compliance among the group's members.
- Broader risk appetite takes a dip on the headline at 0600ET/1100ET, though oil
has recovered some losses and equities have bounced.
