Yellen: Economy Slowing, But Operating At Healthy Level

US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen speaking at the NYT Dealbook summit says that a jobless rate of around 4% is healthy in comparison to past rates and that there is no need for sizeable redundancies, says "The US economy is slowing down but it's operating at a very healthy level."
