US 10YR FUTURE TECHS: (Z9) Remains Heavy
*RES 4: 131-24 High Oct 4
*RES 3: 130-16+ 50-DMA
*RES 2: 130-07+ High Oct 16 and key resistance
*RES 1: 129-31 High Oct 25
*PRICE: 129-11 @ 18:44 GMT, Oct 30
*SUP 1: 129-01+ Low Sep 19
*SUP 2: 128-24 Low Sep 16
*SUP 3: 128-16 Low Sep 13 and primary support
*SUP 4: 128-04 1.000 projection of Sep 3 - Sep 13 decline from Oct 4 high
10yr futures are still seen likely to remain under pressure near-term and extend
the decline that began on Oct 4. Recent moves lower have seen prices trade
through the 100-dma, paving the way for 128-31 and the key support at 128-16,
Sep 13 low. From a medium-term bearish perspective, a breach of 128-16 would
potentially be significant. On the upside, resistance is seen at 129-31, however
a break of 130-07+ is required to ease the bearish threat.
