10-Year Future Moves Into Positive Territory After Budget Comments

10-Year futures now firmly in positive territory, meeting resistance around yesterday's high at 125.37, up 37 ticks on the session. As previously mentioned South Korean Finance Minister Hong crossed the wires earlier saying the MOF would review allocating a second extra budget, but added that South Korea won't need to issue deficit bonds for the extra budget with the budget expected to be funded by tax revenue.
