5 Year Tsys have underperformed the curve early Thursday - rising ~15bps on the day at one point to fresh post-March 2020 highs. See chart below of the curve and change on the day in bps (the active 5-Yr has changed from the Jan to the Feb 2026 since yesterday but that makes little difference).
