BUNDS
BUNDS: A limited overnight session for German fixed income, with futures
softening a touch on the broader risk-related flows that were observed.
- Schatz -1.5 ticks, Bobls -7.0 ticks, Bunds -17 ticks.
- The light risk-on flows observed overnight will likely result in 10-Year Bund
yields edging away from their recent lower boundary at ~-0.1% in early cash
trade after closing at -0.07% yesterday.
- The latest ZEW survey headlines the local docket today, with final CPI data
also due. Italian supply will also generate some interest amongst participants.
On the central bank front, we will hear from ECB's Villeroy.
