US TSYS
US TSYS: A limited re-open for T-Notes, -01 at 129-07.
- Contract went out near lows on Monday, with the long end underperforming. A
burst of corporate issuance helped add to the selling pressure, with the early
Iran-linked bid evaporating.
- The unintentional release of a U.S. DoD draft doc pointing to the withdrawal
of troops from Iraq caused some surprise, and was quickly played down/denied by
officials.
- Elsewhere, swap spreads narrowed, with many pointing to the unwind of wideners
lodged towards the back end of 2019.
- Non m'fing ISM, monthly trade data and final durable goods will cross on
Tuesday, with the latest round of 3-Year supply also due.
