Futures steepened overnight leaving YM -0.9 and XM -3.4 in early Sydney trade, marginally above late overnight session levels after nudging away from lows during the latter rounds of after-hours trade as U.S. Tsys pared losses. There has been little to flag on the local news flow front since the Sydney close. The monthly Westpac leading index print headlines the local docket on Wednesday, but local focus has shifted to RBA Governor Lowe's Thursday address titled "From Recovery to Expansion."
