A more steady session for EGBs, but despite a heavy supply week, contracts have traded on the front foot.

  • Full lockdown concerns and vaccination roll-outs, have underpinned Bund and EGB's
  • Peripherals trade wider this afternoon, with Greece at 3.3bps.
  • Looking ahead, we get Fed Nester and ECB Lane, but most of the focus will be on UK Boris presser at 20.00GMT/15.00ET
  • Mar Bund futures (RX) up 51 ticks at 178.15 (L: 177.52 / H: 178.37)
  • Germany: The 2-Yr yield is down 1.8bps at -0.718%, 5-Yr is down 2bps at -0.758%, 10-Yr is down 3.1bps at -0.6%, and 30-Yr is down 3.2bps at -0.19%.
  • Mar Gilt futures (G) up 16 ticks at 135.7 (L: 135.3 / H: 135.96)
  • UK: The 2-Yr yield is up 0.9bps at -0.151%, 5-Yr is down 1.6bps at -0.101%, 10-Yr is down 2bps at 0.177%, and 30-Yr is down 1.7bps at 0.733%.
  • Mar BTP futures (IK) up 18 ticks at 152.19 (L: 151.62 / H: 152.38)Italy / German 10-Yr spread 2.7bps wider at 113.9bps
