US TSYS/RESEARCH: Analyst Ian Lyngen said post-CPI that "questions about the
persistent weakness in inflation remain. We are still constructive on the
Treasury market into the weekend, and we'll be watching the 2.150% to 2.155%
volume bulge in 10-year yields as our next target." 
- The cash 10-year note hit a session low yield of 2.184% in immediate post-CPI
reaction, but has since risen in recent choppy two-way flow and now is at
2.203%.
