Analysts See Risk That U/E Rate Holds At A Rounded 3.9%

  • It shows that whilst consensus is for the the unemployment rate to round lower to a 3.8% in March from the 3.86% in Feb, there is a sizeable share looking for the unemployment rate to remain at 3.9%.
  • AHE wage growth meanwhile is widely seen printing a more "normal" 0.3% M/M in March, although UBS are one of the three analysts we've seen calling for an upside surprise owing to a positive calendar effect that could reverse in April.
