Fresh session highs for TYU2 in recent trade, with Chinese and Hong Kong equities holding marginally softer on the day, while there was little in the way of meaningful market reaction to the latest moderation in Hong Kong’s quarantine settings for international travellers. A softening in the latest 2-Year inflation expectations reading out of New Zealand will have likely provided some modest background support over the last hour or so. TYU2 last deals +0-05+ at 119-17+, 0-00+ shy of the peak of its 0-09+ range, while Cash Tsys print 1.0-1.5bp richer across the curve.
