Asia Happy To Buy The Dip

US TSYS

Early Asia-Pac trade points to at least some willingness to buy the latest dip in Tsys, with the space off of intraday cheaps. Cash Tsys run 0.5-3.5bp cheaper across the curve as of typing, with the previously flagged belly-driven weakness still in play. TYZ1 +0-05 at 130-15+, just off the top of its early 0-06 range. Technical support lines for T-Notes are located at the Oct 29 low, followed by the Oct 21 low & bear trigger (130-07+/129-31), while bulls need to overcome the Nov 5 high & short-term bull trigger (131-30+) to start turning the technical picture back in their favour.
