AUSSIE-KIWI: AUD/NZD continues to track the differential between the AU & NZ
2-Year swaps, with the pair holding a touch lower on the back of yesterday's
7-Year high in the RBNZ Sectoral CPI Model. The pair last deals at NZ$1.0896, a
little above Tuesday's low of NZ$1.0861.
- Tuesday's low coincides with the 200-DMA, which provides initial support,
followed by the July 06 low (NZ$1.0853). Initial resistance is now noted at the
low from July 16 (NZ$1.0935) with bulls needing a close above to gain breathing
room.
- Regional focus will fall on Australia's labour market report, due tomorrow,
followed by next week's Australian CPI release.
