AUSSIE-KIWI: AUD/NZD initially moved lower after the RBNZ MonPol decision, on
the tweak in the Bank's forward guidance, stressing data dependence and removing
reference to the possibility of a rate cut. Rate briefly moved below NZ$1.0700,
registering a low at NZ$1.0699, before the pair moved back to near
pre-announcement levels, last a touch higher than we were going into the
decision, at NZ$1.0735.
- Bears still look for a close below the June 20 low at NZ$1.0686. Bulls
initially look for a move back above today's intraday high at NZ$1.0766.
