AUSSIE-KIWI: AUD/NZD last seen at NZ$1.0612, a touch higher on the day.
- The pair showed muted reaction to the latest RBA SoMP. The RBA reiterated that
it continues to watch domestic labour mkt and said that during the latest
meeting it focused on the economic implications of low CPI. The Bank also
trimmed its GDP forecast for the year through June 2019 to +1.75% Y/Y from
+2.50%.
- The pair is nearing its 21-DMA at NZ$1.0617. Above here would shift bullish
focus to the 200-DMA, located at NZ$1.0658. Conversely, bears look for a dip
through NZ$1.0600 towards yesterday's low of NZ$1.0587.
