AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bond futures remain near NY session highs, refusing to give
back gains despite a drop in US tsys and a slight bounce in risk appetite. Cash
yields are down 2.3bps at 2.362%, honing in on the 2017 lows. 
- AU-US spread is back down at -42.0bps after rising to as high as -36.4bps in
the wake of the Fed hike.
- The tick up in the unemployment rate appears to be supporting the space, with
the rate coming in at 5.1% versus the 5.0% figure in Oct. The 37k new jobs added
belie a slight drop in full time unemployment.
