before rates normalise, aussie-dollar extended its recovery overnight amid an
improving risk appetite
*Rate squeezed to $0.7919 before fading to hold $0.7895-0.7915 for the balance
of the session
*The quiet theme initially spilled over into Europe, volumes remained light held
to narrow range trade
*Early demand interest touched $0.7898, but with lack of follow through was
quick to pare gains
*Renewed dollar buying extended the corrective pullback through the Asia low to
$0.7869, before dip buyers cushioned falls
*On the downside bids are reported at $0.7850, a break opens $0.7840/39 (Jul17
high now support, Aug11 low). Aussie last $0.7874.
