Bailey notes that inflation forecasts would be 1ppt high on random walk for energy

Bailey notes that the CPI forecasts in 2 years aren't that far below 2% on the mean (rather than mode) at 1.75%. And he notes that if the BOE used a random walk rather than the futures curve for energy there would be around 1ppt added to inflation over the forecast.
