AUSSIE-KIWI: Better than expected NZ Q3 data has seen the cross drop from around
N$1.0950 to N$1.0900. Q3 CPI came in at 0.5% q/q, against expectations of 0.4%
q/q. Ahead, RBA minutes from their October meeting provides the main event risk
for the session, of particular interest, reference to household debt and wages.
Data aside, the announcement of the formation of the NZ government is the major
concern for investors, NZ First discussions have reconvened at 0900 NZT today,
with some hopeful of an announcement within the next 24 hours. Support is
located at N$1.0875 (76.4% fib N$1.0825-N$1.1025), while Asia's high of N$1.0953
provides initial resistance. Aussie-kiwi was last at N$1.0917.
