The approval rating of US President Joe Biden has stabilised above 40% as Congress enters a second week of recess.
- According to FiveThirtyEight, Biden's approval rating has improved by nearly 3%, to 40.2%, from a low of 37.5% on July 21.
- The most recent poll on the FiveThirtyEight aggregator from conservative pollster Rasmussen Reports gives Biden an approval of 44% suggesting that a further rise may be expected in the coming week.
