President Biden's approval rating remains depressed with FiveThirtyEight reporting that Biden's approval rating has dipped below 40% for the entire month of November.
- Morning Consult and Emerson College Polling has both released recent polls showing Biden's approval rating at 38%, near lows for his presidency.
- Biden's poor run of polling has likely contributed to former President Donald Trump firming as the bookmakers favourite to win the 2024 presidential election. Election Betting Odds, an aggregator of data from betting markets and prediction markets, shows that Trump is now given a 39.1% implied probability of winning in 2024. Biden is attributed a 28.1% implied probability of winning - a gap which has opened from a dead heat at the beginning of November.
