CABLE: BoE Deputy Governor Cunliffe acknowledged the significant drop in
activity in the UK in Q1 looks to have been largely an aberration, driven by
poor weather. GBPUSD saw limited react to remarks which were not anything new.
Market chatter also suggests that President Trump could backtrack on his UK
trade remarks in his upcoming press conference alongside PM May. GBPUSD remains
choppy on headline watch, last $1.3140/45.
